Outpatient physical and occupational therapies are provided at Athens Sports Therapy and Rehab, 402 W. Market St in Crawfordsville. We’ll help you find the most convenient location, and certified therapists will tailor a personalized program around your needs.
Social Services/Case Managers
Licensed clinical social workers and case managers are available to help you and your family cope with cancer, enhance the quality of care and handle any related issues that may arise.
If you are no longer seeking active medical treatment and wish to have end of life care provided in the comfort of your own home, you may be interested in hospice care. Certified hospice nurses provide numerous specialized services, including pain and symptom control, durable medical equipment management and bereavement care for the entire family.
We partner with many of Indiana’s leading cancer support organizations and together with the American Cancer Society, we give you and your family access to a variety of classes, the latest information and empathetic support.
We want you to concentrate on your fight against cancer so you can get better. We don’t want you to worry about billing and insurance services. Our financial counselors will work with you and your family to find the best financial options for you.
We’ll connect you with local chapters and services in our community. We also offer materials and resources about different types of cancer and can make referrals related to cosmetic enhancement, such as wigs and prosthetics.
Our standing as a comprehensive cancer center enables us to participate in a confidential, national tumor registry. This electronic registry allows cancer centers across the nation to compare, study and share best practices for treatment planning, improving outcomes, and identifying high-risk groups analyzing survival rates and more.
