At the Franciscan St. Anthony Health - Crown Point Burrell Cancer Center, interdisciplinary teams of experts use advanced technology to provide excellent cancer care and treatment. Our highly-skilled doctors, nurses, technologists provide quality and compassionate care to all patients. The Burrell Cancer Center is equipped with sophisticated medical equipment to monitor patients, manage pain, and successfully diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of cancers.

  • A diagnostic center with modern medical technology to detect all types of cancer.
  • Newly designed Radiation Oncology Center with state-of-the-art equipment providing minimally invasive treatment with pinpoint accuracy.
  • A full range of treatment services including radiation therapy, lymphedema services, outpatient infusion therapy, chemotherapy, blood transfusion and hyperthermia.
  • The hospital is designated a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology.
  • Cancer screening clinic offering comprehensive cancer screening programs and periodic free screening clinics throughout the year.

Online Tools​

Our online Cancer Center provides in-depth information on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care of cancer patients – including health news; an extensive online library detailing types of cancer; care guides; and a check-up tool to help you know when to schedule your exams.​

Cancer Hotline​

The Burrell Cancer Center at Franciscan St. Anthony – Crown Point offers a "Cancer Hotline" as a free community service.

While the hotline does not offer any medical diagnosis, it is intended to answer basic questions about cancer-related issues and services.  Referrals to staff physicians or other appropriate sources are also available. An on-hand registered nurse will take questions. Voicemail messages will be returned promptly.
