Change of Heart Classes and Ask the Doc
Ask the Doc and Change of Heart classes are a 1 to 1 1/2 hour program, led by Franciscan Physician Network physicans, independent physicians and surgeons, focusing on specific heart topics. Each class is committed to a single topic related to cardiac and/or vascular health and includes a presentation as well as class discussion, questions and answers. Classes are free, but registration is requested for these popular series.

Previous topics have included heart murmurs, women and heart disease, and atrial fibrillation (afib), dizzy spells, and heart medications. Topics may change on a rotating basis. 
 
Cooking for 2

As we get older, our health becomes more of a priority. But when the kids are gone, it can be challenging to scale back our cooking at home, so dining out seems like an easy option.

In this class, learn how it really is cheaper and healthier to cook at home for two.
