The Franciscan Physicians Hospital Sleep Disorders Center addresses the needs of patients with sleep problems. Our board-certified physician and certified staff assist in proper diagnosis by performing overnight testing in adults and children.
If indicated, we test for excessive sleepiness, obstructive sleep apena, insomnia and other abnormal behaviors during sleep. Depending on diagnosis, treatment can include advice on improving sleep hygiene, prescription medication, referral for oral appliance or treatment with a Continuous Positive Airway pressure machine (CPAP).
All physician referrals are accepted. Patients may refer themselves to the Sleep Disorders Center but will require an appointment with the sleep specialist before any testing can be done. Please be prepared to provide insurance information.
