Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health – Crawfordsville, Athens OB/GYN and Dr. Jon Hoversland welcome Leslie Koopman, WHNP to the Crawfordsville medical community.
Koopman received her nursing degree from Purdue University and her OB/GYN certified nurse practitioner degree from Ball State University. She is able to provide a full range of health care services for women across the lifespan, focusing on gynecological care, family planning, prenatal care, and postpartum care. Koopman has been with Woman’s Clinic in Lafayette since 1995 and will continue to see patients in Lafayette as well. Koopman is a member of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Koopman will see patients with Dr. Hoversland from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays.
